Terms of Service

Service
NURiQ is a software-as-a-service platform for food and beverage innovation intelligence, operated by ORYNE Inc. Access is provided per the subscription tier you purchase.
Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that takes place under your credentials. Share access only with people who are authorized to act on your company's behalf.
Payment
Subscription fees are charged in advance, in USD, monthly or annually. Public tier pricing is displayed at nuriq.ai/pricing. Enterprise contracts may include additional terms.
Intellectual property
NURiQ retains all rights in the platform, models, scoring methodology, ingredient ontology, and visual design. You retain rights in the data you input. We do not sell or share your inputs.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer the scoring model, scrape the platform programmatically without a written agreement, or use NURiQ to support unlawful activity. We may suspend access for violations.
Warranty disclaimers
NURiQ is provided on an 'as is' basis. We work hard to make the platform accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that signals will always be predictive, or that the platform will meet your specific commercial outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORYNE Inc.'s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of NURiQ is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
